Company Journey
Establishment of Baseline Group of Companies
Baseline Group of Companies was founded in Dubai, UAE, with a vision to provide reliable and innovative industrial solutions. The first venture, Baseline General Trading LLC, started in a small office in Deira, Dubai, handling trading of various industrial items specialized for the Oil & Gas sector in GCC countries. Beginning with a small team and big ambition, we began serving local and international clients with high-quality products.
First Manufacturing Facility
Baseline Group established its first manufacturing facility in Um Al Quwain under the name Baseline Bolts Industries LLC (BBI) to produce industrial fasteners in various sizes and forms, catering to petrochemical and construction-grade applications. Today, BBI operates a state-of-the-art facility with over 200 employees, more than 1,000 clients, and over 1,500 tons of inventory across different grades and standards.
The Founding of ASACS Arabia
ASACS is a key subsidiary of the Baseline Group, established in 2016 in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ), United Arab Emirates. Since its inception, ASACS has been dedicated to serving the oil & gas, food, construction, and defense industries, delivering advanced coating solutions tailored to meet diverse customer requirements.
Driven by its commitment to quality and continuous improvement, ASACS expanded its presence across the region, establishing operations in:
